Cakes are extremely fragile, and ultra sensitive to vibration and temperature (ideal room temperature is 65-70 degrees).We try very hard to make sure that each and every cake is properly made and designed to your specifications. But since we take a limited number of orders per week, dates sell out quickly and we turn business away based on bookings. We will not sell or give out any of your information.You can order over the phone, but placing your order in person is always best when possible.Tastings are available for weddings and large orders of 100 servings or more. Should you choose to book with us, the tasting fee is credited to your account.
